In the golden autumn of September, with the fragrance of osmanthus, the 37th National Teacher's Day is celebrated during this bountiful harvest season. In order to enhance the enthusiasm of internal lecturers and trainers within the company and enhance team cohesion, the company organized a Teacher's Day team expansion activity on the afternoon before September 9th, with a total of 30 partners from various departments participating.
At one o'clock in the afternoon, everyone started from the North Second Gate of the company and took a bus to the activity destination - Hualang Development Base in Dapeng Peninsula, Shenzhen. Under the guidance of the coach, everyone lined up neatly and entered the expansion "battlefield" in an orderly manner.
After a simple warm-up, under the guidance of Coach Jiang, the participants were divided into three groups by counting. Each group was required to complete training tasks such as selecting the team leader, selecting team names, designing slogans, and getting to know each other within 10 minutes. This activity tests the captain's leadership and decision-making abilities, and also requires the team members to reach a tacit understanding in the shortest possible time in order to complete training tasks and improve team awareness. In the end, under the leadership of the team leader, each team member brainstormed and quickly completed the task within the specified time, showcasing their unique characteristics on site one by one. During the display process, each team was magnificent, with their unique team names and loud slogans winning applause and applause from everyone.
A major highlight and innovation of this expansion is the introduction of the gold coin system, where the team wins gold coins per group. After a day of challenge, the team determines their position based on the amount of gold coins at the end of the activity, and receives medals and souvenirs. The second purpose is to go to our auction house to auction iced beverages and fruits, which will fully stimulate everyone's enthusiasm and competitiveness, reflect external competition, and achieve the important purpose of internal integration and group building.
Subsequently, the "Gold Coin Treasure Challenge" event was launched. The activity team needs to complete the first stage of wealth (gold coins) accumulation through a series of challenges such as flag grabbing war, rugby throwing, baseball throwing and catching, trump card duel, monster crossing, Caribbean games, and achieve basic Financial independence before seizing the first opportunity in subsequent challenges.
Next, we will conduct a classic work of team communication training - the Da Vinci Code. The 26 digit password, like the password left by Leonardo da Vinci, is mysterious and irregular. Each team partner needs to follow the coach's rules and requirements, and the team needs to use the shortest time and the least number of communication times to completely and correctly decipher the team communication password. The most profound inspiration this activity has given us is that any work requires the establishment of standardized standards, wise leadership, full communication, continuous exploration of problems and improvement in order to be successfully completed.
Next, a kayak relay competition was held. The activity rules of this activity are: each team is divided into three groups of two people, each group of people will circle the designated route relay rowing, and the team with the shortest time to reach the finish line will win. This competition requires a high level of teamwork within the group, and everyone must coordinate their movements and paddle hard to ensure the normal operation of the kayak. During the event, each group performed outstandingly and the scene was very intense, which also taught the principle of "everyone paddles well and navigates well".
After multiple project competitions, we finally entered the exciting auction conference. Through a one-day challenge, each team received a certain amount of gold coins, and everyone continued to fight for the necessary items. After multiple rounds of auctions, everyone in each group was overjoyed, harvesting the desired drinks and fruits, tasting the items they had obtained through teamwork and hard work. Everyone's faces were filled with joy.
With the expansion and fun auction activities coming to an end, this event has entered another climax, where everyone takes a fast boat to the "Sea Fishing Platoon Bombing Hall" for dinner.
Before dinner, the management of the company conveyed the message to the speakers through He Jiawei from the management planning department: respecting teachers and valuing the way is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, and expressed recognition and gratitude for everyone's hard work in training for a long time. Wishing everyone a happy Teacher's Day! At the same time, today we welcome three new employee representatives to join the event, who are the development targets of future lecturers and have injected new strength into our team. We welcome them to join our big family. This scene reminds everyone of the little things that have happened in the construction of Fenggang factory in the past two years, and everyone is working together to overcome difficulties. Trainers are a special group who shoulder the important mission of cultivating company talents. At present, the company is facing many opportunities and challenges. We hope that everyone can continue to inherit and promote this spirit of teamwork and hard work, and continuously contribute to the company's development and employee growth.
Subsequently, Coach Jiang from the expansion event presented medals and souvenirs to the members of the winning "Bo Band", and all the lecturers on site cheered and cheered for them. With the resounding slogans of "one, two, three, dry" echoing one after another, everyone was chatting and enjoying a seafood feast. After dinner, of course, everyone will not miss the rich entertainment facilities of the fishing raft, including KTV, game consoles, fun clearance game equipment, fishing, swings, board games, and chess and cards. Everyone takes what they need and enjoys playing and communicating.
After the event, everyone happily rode back to the company.
In this expansion training activity, everyone actively participated, fully communicated, and collaborated, fully embodying the spirit of unity and hard work among the members of CIMC. Although half a day of training is brief, it has given us a lot of inspiration and thinking.
