The company has continuously improved its operational level, leading the enterprise from excellence to excellence. In March 2022, as a collaborative enterprise, the company participated in the application for the Guangdong Provincial Governor's Quality Award on behalf of the container sector's headquarters. This contribution played a crucial role in securing the nomination award for the Guangdong Provincial Governor's Quality Award for the sector. This process also accumulated valuable experience for the company. While the company initially planned to participate in the Dongguan Municipal Government Quality Award selection this year, due to the non-overlapping nature of provincial and municipal awards in the same year, the city award application was postponed to 2023. In August 2022, the company launched the 'Excellent Unit' assessment project, with the company's general manager taking the lead. Various departments were organized to benchmark against the Guangdong Provincial Quality Award standards and conduct comprehensive and systematic review and summary from five dimensions: leadership, quality, innovation, brand, and efficiency. In a very short period of time, the company submitted a high-quality self-assessment report and relevant supporting materials. In November, the Dongguan Municipal Government organized experts to conduct on-site evaluations, and the company's business management system received recognition and approval from the expert group. Ultimately, among the fifty companies shortlisted in the initial assessment, the company secured the title of 'Excellent Unit in Implementing Outstanding Performance Management' for the year 2022 with the highest score.
